The wood-plastic products manufactured using this technology reached the mandatory national standards: GB8624-2012 (B1 flame retardant standard) and GB/T8627 -2007 (Smoke Density Rating Standard); The quality of indoor formaldehyde emission of wood-plastic products manufactured by this technology is 0.3 mg/L, as measured by the National Chemical Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, reaching the national environmental protection standard (GB24137-2009); The density of the wood-plastic products manufactured by the project is only 0.53 g/cm3, which meets the requirements of lightweight building materials. At the same time, the results of this project are of the same level of advanced technologies in the country, and the flame retardancy, smoke suppression, extrusion foaming and surface modification technologies have reached the domestic level.
